Today marks the first day of the 9th World Urban Forum, organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN Habitat). Setha Low, Director of the Public Space Research Group, has been invited to present at the World Urban Forum in Kuala Lumpur, on Public Space and Social Justice. Her presentation, entitled “Why public space matters: Threats and opportunities” will be part of an implementation panel to discuss the New Urban Agenda and shared with members of UN Habitat.
